All products supplied by Mobility Matters come with a one year warranty as a minimum.
We recommend that you use your product in accordance with the user manual provided and undertake a regular servicing schedule which will prolong its life and ensure that it performs to the limit of its capabilities.

Repair
Any breakdowns which do occur will be dealt with by trained staff. If we are unable to resolve the problem at your home we will bring your product back to our workshop where the problem will be assessed and rectified as quickly as possible.
If your product breaks down outwith it’s warranty period we will advise you of the costs involved before undertaking any work. Once costs are agreed and the problem is rectified we will fully test and return your repaired product to you.
